The Provincial Grand Lodge of Gloucestershire
Impeesa Lodge is part of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Gloucestershire. It is one of forty seven Provincial Grand Lodges in England and Wales and covers a geographical area based on the pre-1974 County boundaries reaching as far south as Avonmouth and Downend in Bristol and Chipping Campden in the north. The Province has an office at Wotton-under-Edge run by volunteer Masons on a part-time basis.
The Provincial Grand Lodge meets annually in May for its formal business meeting and the appointment and investiture of new Provincial Grand Lodge officers for the ensuing year.
Kindred Lodges Association
The Kindred Lodges Association (KLA) was formed in 1952 to encourage Masonic Lodges formed by, or including, Masons who are, or were, involved in Youth Work to link together.
The prime activity, other than encouraging inter Lodge visiting, is to hold two Festival meetings each year. The dress for these meetings is the uniform of their youth organisation for those entitled to wear it. An occasional newsletter is distributed to all individual associate members as well as the member Lodges.
Gloucestershire Community Foundation
The Gloucestershire Community Foundation is dedicated to funding community based action that improves the lives of Gloucestershire's most disadvantaged. Child poverty, unemployment, isolation, homelessness, domestic violence, people with life limiting illness and excluded young people are just some of the issues we're tackling.
The Freemasons’ Grand Charity
The Freemasons’ Grand Charity is funded by Freemasons and their families and is continuing a commitment to charitable support that began nearly 300 years ago in the earliest days of organised Freemasonry.
The Freemasons' Grand Charity is dedicated to helping people in need, and has donated over £120 million since 1981.
